    This printer is awful. I followed the instructions and download the software and I have not been able to print anything. I even went on YouTube and watched the video on how to troubleshoot this printer. This printer makes a good paperweight, other than that it's useless.

    I was extremely disappointed with this printer. I have another one the exact same model and purchased it about a year ago and I love it. I thought having the same toner would be great. However this printer is noisy! Especially at the end and when cooling down! I don't understand that and honestly if it wasn't such a hassle I'd return it! Wonder if anyone else has had the same problem.
