This printer is a vast improvement from our previous HP printer.Easy to set up and quality printing.

Printer was easy to set up and use. Doesn't take up a lot of space, is relatively quiet and fast to print. Good value.

I got frustrated with my old inkjet printer and the long line of them I had in the past that always needed to be reset or reconnected to network every time I tried to print. Now every time I print I just hit print and it’s done. This printer takes up more desktop space but it gets the job done reliably.

I have had a non wireless Brother printer for many years so when it came time to upgrade to wireless of course I went to Brother! This model was a nice upgrade with both wireless access and double sided printing and scanning. The sheet feeder is a godsend when copying large documents. I am very happy with this printer.

Great printer. Brother is a brand that I've always trusted. It does everything they say it would. It was easy to set up, no problems at all. I'm very happy with it.

Sick of the connectivity and expensive ink needs and lousy color photo quality of the HP. Decided on a Laser B&W. So far maybe 50 copies (home & business use while quarantining it is so quick with excellent quality print. One detraction (-1 star would be a half star if I could) is the tiny screen - you need a child's finger to differentiate (the HP's was excellent); I use the rounded end of a pen and get by that way. Very easy connection with two Laptops through Netgear router.

Laser printer duplexes and scans to email. Wireless works well. Switched from dependable HP to fabulous Brother and employees are happy.

In the month or so that I have used this printer, I have had a very good experience with it. I have used Brother printers for quite a few years and find them reliable and easy to use. I recommend this printer and Brother in general

Worked fine using supplied trial size toner cartridge. Brother toner is rather expensive. After installing after market cartridge it says toner is out almost every time I print, but the printing is still very nice. Sometimes goes offline and has to be powered off then on to wake up. Occasionally jams, grabbing two sheets together. Native interface, visible in Adobe Acrobat(R), has somewhat limited options. It defaults to 100 dpi for every page scanned, requiring my repeatedly setting it to a higher dpi.

We purchased this printer when my CPA husband was forced to work from home due to the coronavirus shutdowns. It was very simple to set up and he has been using it for 3 weeks with no issues. Knowing that new printers always come with only a small amount of printing capability, we also ordered a replacement cartridge and are glad we did because we have already had to replace it. I can not speak to its longevity, but so far we are very happy with this product.

I first purchased a different brand copier, but had to return it because of set up complications. I've had Brother printers in the past, so I decided to continue with them. I purchased this all in one machine and received it in the mail quickly. Once opened, I reviewed the directions and had it all set up within 10 mins. I was able to set up my desk top, two lap tops and two tablets to operate this machine. Brother could not have made it any easier to set up. So far I've not had one issue. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Easy to set up and works well. Fast printing. One less star for scan being very slow but then I didn't compare specs for scanning speed prior to purchasing.

User friendly, good print quality, priced well. Sales assoc at Best Buy very helpful, knowledgeable, on the ball. Big improvement over the Best Buy personnel of years ago.

Best black and white laser printer I've purchased. No more color, plus im saving money in buying no more color ink cartrige. What I like about this printer is that it connects to my phone with no issues and I can print my electronic tickets for events and e-mails through my phone. Has double sided printing is a scanner and fax. Im very happy with my purchase. Will let you know if any issues down the road.

Very reliable. Scan, print, copy, fax. Used all the features. Very intuitive controls. Easy wireless connectivity. I purchased the MFC-L2750DW for myself and previously bought two similar Brother MFC models for friends. I like the product line. I suggest the MFC-L2750DW over the lower models: I like the two-sided scanning and two-sided printing, and the nicer controls on the MFC-L2750DW.

No problem setting up the unit to print wirelessly from computer, iPad, and iPhones. Very easy. Print quality is excellent and speed is good. Love the two sided copying and the document feeder. Very pleased with this product.

This printer has proven to be very reliable and was every easy to set-up and connect to the wireless network. A good value.

This printer can do everything (except color) in a very small size. All the right duplex options including double sided scan/copy in a single pass. The touch screen is small but OK to use. Network functionality is good but (inexplicitly) does not include the ability to email directly using an SMTP server. The only email option seems to be some internet-based "app" where the email is router through Brother's cloud. With this it would basically be as capable as a full-sized copier (including secure-print options etc.).
