Does everything. I like how I can print from my phone. Almost simple setup.

Machine is adequate for my needs in every way. Easy to set up out of the box, high-capacity cartridges available, duplex scanning works as advertised. If you use it manually, the user interface on this machine, like every brother that I have had (5, now) feels a bit clunky. For me that's not an issue because I normally use the machine from another room.

The printer is fast, efficient. Printer is easy to operate, easy to change ink cartridges.

Needed an all in one device that would scan that wasn’t an ink jet printer. Tired of the ink drying up all of the time. So far print quality is great. It can duplex scan so that is a also a plus. However, when scanning documents that are two sided some of the the print from the other side is scanned into the image. It isn’t bad enough not to use it but something to be aware of.

I have owned this printer for few weeks now. Used it mainly for printing and scanning (two sided) purposes. Have not used it for fax purposes and doubt I ever will. Printing is clear and sharp, wireless makes it very easy to print from anywhere. the LED screen is also helpful to scroll across the options. 2 sided scanning is also pretty good, though, it does take a min to scan (not as fast as your office scanner).

This was very easy to set up and is very quick with great copies.

Purchased for a small office and it is a workhorse. Printing capabilities are fast and can handle large print jobs easily. The scanning features are equivalent to any commercial printer and it isn't oversized, sits on a small console table.

This black-and-white printer does a good job and is very quiet compared to some of the competition out there. My only complaint is that it was a pain to set up and involve me replacing a lot of my Internet equipment due to needing a 2.4 GHz frequency for wireless connection.

Works great. I bought it for when I work at home. Haven’t had any issues at all with it. Would definitely recommend it. I’ve used many different printers, and Brother is by far the best one. My work also uses Brother laser printers. We must have at least 15 of them. No issues

Great for my needs. Speedy and quality black and white. I got it to replace my big lease copier and that is serving its purpose.

Service was great. Product is exactly what i wanted as well. BROTHER'S monochrome printer is great. Prints, copes and scans.

I would give 4.5, but it is either 4 or 5. The machine feels cheap, like most printers these days, but the print quality is pretty good for a cheap printer. Connected easy and the small touchscreen is nice.
