Easy to use, durable, faster and best option to the small office

This is a great printer/scanner/copier with a document feeder great for small businesses that don’t exactly print 10,000+ pages a year, and aren’t ready to lease a commercial Konica Minolta-like copier, but still need something that’s tougher and faster than an inkjet- AND can scan/copy up to 50 pages at once with the document scanner. Truly a great value!

Super easy to set up. It prints crazy fast! I haven't used any of the other features but I'm sure they're fine.

Although this is a monochrome printer, and copier, it scans in color. I love the touch screen and one press to make a copy. I mostly use it to archive lots of documents -- with this scanner I am able to scan hundreds of documents (about 30 at a time) and save them all into one PDF file.

I have not had this printer long, but so far it is working great. It was easy to connect to my network so I can print from multiple devices in different areas of my house. The text is crisp and clear. I have been able to scan items with sharp images. I print infrequently and don't have to worry about dried ink. So far I am very satisfied.

I am very pleased with this fast printer that will do automatic two sided copying and scanning. Works perfect. Easy set up. The only thing that is not cool, that I was not aware of, is that Brother will not allow you to take a used toner cartridge from one machine and use it up in another. Darn!

Good solid laser printer - have been happy with the speed and quality of the print. The scanner is, however, cumbersome and is a bit difficult to negotiate - wasn't too pleased with the quality of the scan.......but it's all in one, so it suffices for what I need at a second home. I haven't had to replace the toner cartridge yet, so can't speak to the ease of doing that task.

Awesome printer. only issue is with printing over a wireless network (wifi), sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. i've done the updates on the printer. haven't been able to figure it out. i usually just hardwire my laptop and bingo. I've had it jam once and was able to clear it. Scanning and printing are great. i havent done fax simply because you need an active phone landline.

Seems to work ok. Easy to set up and easy to use! Nice size.

I had lots of pages to print and needed something that would crank through it and not need ink cartridges every two minutes. The first 1200 pages went quick and the provided toner out of the box was used up. Thereafter I bought a higher capacity toner replacement, which although more expensive, seems worth it.

Excellent multi-function printer and scanner. The fact that it can scan and print on both sides is great and good quality.

We needed a printer that could handle printing shipping labels on a daily basis. We didn’t need a bunch of bells and whistles or big fancy price tags. This printer gives us exactly what we need and wanted. Works like a charm.

It's just so utilitarian and not pretty at all so I figured I'd put up with it until I could afford a more stylish printer to fit with my office, but this is a great printer. Very easy to set up, I'm on wifi only, and very easy to operate. It's quite the work-horse. The price is fantastic too. this is a keeper.

This Brother copy is easy to set up and has good quality. Great home office machine.
