Simple to set up and so far a big improvement over my last ink jet printer. I like the flexibility of having options i may not use all the time (duplex scanning) but down the road may come in handy.

If you have ever owned a Bother Printer, you know they are top quality. We replaced our seven year old printer that we lost from a power surge. We thought our older one was advanced, this new printer is like going into the next century. Super fast printing and so many functions! Wow! Love it!

I have just started using this printer. However, the main reason that I purchased it was its WiFi capablities and reported ease of printing from a phone. My daughter did just that and she reported that it was very easy to send the print job--and the print job printed immediately.

Bought this printer 2 years ago. I am a small business owner and have had dozens of printers over the years. I have found that the Brother printers are the easiest to install, relatively economical, user friendly and very durable. This one has been a workhorse. Totally satisfied with its performance.

Works well. More printer than I needed, but the price was right. No waiting for the printer to setup like an inkjet printer.

Had no probem connecting wirelessly -- easy setup. Functions as it should.

It is a workhorse. We still have the Brother we purchased over 6 years ago and it is still going strong. We moved it to another location and decide to purchase one with a document feeder. We find the Brother brand a low maintenance product and economical to use.

Replaces a 20-year-old Xerox copy machine and my primary inkjet printer whose annual ink cost is twice what I paid for the printer. It was a snap to set up. The controls are intuitive. It responds immediately to print commands from my computer, iPhone and iPad. I kept my inkjet printer for the rare occasion when I need a color print.

This is the easiest printer I have ever used in an office or at home. Very easy to install, very easy to use and very professional and clear printing. I would definitely buy this product again.

After many months of ownership, I'm upping the rating another star. The printer has proven itself in many ways-- including daily use in printing and copying, wireless printing from Macs, iPhones, and iPads, printing double-sided copies from the Mac or iPads, copying multi-page documents via the document feeder (much smoother and consistent operation than other printers we've had), solid scanning (even wirelessly), handling address label sheets, and even envelope feeding. Those qualities, and getting used to the printer's idiosyncracies have turned it into a solid buy.
