The Brother printer it's fairly easy to use and set up. I did have some issues trying to set it up to my laptop to print and attach as PDF. Other than that it works great would definitely recommend!

Excellent print. Supreb value. This printer is a little noisey when it prepares to print, but it is in no way a deal breaker. The printer is fast and print looks great! If you don't need color, this is the printer for you.

Been very happy with this unit. Prints quickly and effortlessly from PCs, Macs and mobile devices. Print quality seems quite good. The scanner gets the job done and is easy to use.

Had an HP for many years still working but the individual or pkg ink jets were ridiculously pricey. Always had a laser at work and loved it and this one was fairly simple to set up as well

It works efficiently and the instructions are easily to follow. The printer/copier/scanner doesn't produce excessive noise. I haven't had any technical difficulties so far.

I have had the MFC for about a month. While I haven't done a lot of printing, it has worked well from both the desktop (USB), the wife's desktop (WiFi), our phones and our tablets. The only thing I don't have connected is Alexa, but I can live with that. The duplex scanning is a great benefit. It works well as a copier. The toner use is about what I expected. I will order a new cartridge when this starter cartridge gets to about 50%. The monitoring software could be a bit better, but it is workable. Overall, I am pleased with the printer so far. I am also pleased with the purchase, shipping, and delivery from Best Buy.

I have had several printers over the years from different manufacturers. This is the best printer I have ever had. The print is clear and easy to read. I made a terrific decision in purchasing this printer. TY.

Easy to install ,connect to wifi and to operate.does what it suppose to without problems.easy to upgrade firmware and software at website.Highly recommend this product.

in start it was kinda messy and hard to understand but now works great. just need a little to understand connections. everything works great it in. super fast prints good quality.

I always used Brother printers. This model's price and function meet my home office needs. I only wish I can disable the power saving feature as I don't want to wait for it to wake up. Other than that, this has worked very well for me.

Printer is super fast to print! Although it takes a minute for the printer to respond when something is sent, once the printer receives the file it’s super fast. The scanner function is a little wonky to get all the specs right, but still does a decent job.

I've only had this printer 2 months, but so far it's been flawless. Easy to set up as well as connect through bluetooth, fast and quality printing. What more can I say? Get one already!

Simple setup, one cord;power that’s it , love being able to scan and send to email without needing to go through computer, best printer I’ve ever owned, would recommend

This is my second Brother MFC Laser. After the Epson dud it's a relief. Clean crisp copies, quickly without a hassle. However this brand looses its ability to print if you turn the machine off and on. (Quick fix, check youtube). Great for small home office.

First time I have had a laser printer. Does an excellent job and is what i was hoping for.

I like this multifunction unit. I do wish the touchscreen were bigger. Too easy to fat-finger commands, but overall the quality is good, doesn't jam very often and doesn't take up much space.

Great quality printing. Easy to set up. We anticipate that it will be a significantly lower cost per copy.
