It works great and easy to install. I am happy with it even though it is a little bit bigger than I expected.

I use this thing all the time. I mostly wanted the scanner, but the printer is nice to have. After setting up a couple scan-to-network profiles, I scan from here directly into Paperless-ngx and it is magic.

No issues yet. Worth the price. I wish I had gone laser sooner:)

Very good product. Brother makes a good printer and setup s easy. Better than overrated HP junk.

prints fast, clear copies. Says it is out of paper every 5-10 pages of copies. Have to pull the paper tray out and push it back in to keep printing, a bit annoying

It was time to replace our laser printer and the feature I wanted this time which was unable previously except for a much higher price was dual page scanning. This printer has it and much more. The only thing the printer doesn't have is color, but when you think about how much you actually print that needs color, those rare times are easily justified in cost by taking something to the local copy store.

It’s a good all in one. Shortcuts are programmable and easy to use. Set up was very easy as well. Does everything as it should. A little loud compared to other printers I have used though.

I can pretty much guarantee that after 2 years, you will have a major malfunction with the scanning on this machine, most likely having to do with the document feeder. I have had 2 of these. One failed after 2 years, one after 1 year. The parts to the document feeder will cause the machine to throw off errors that Brother will not help you with. One of the errors is a "document too long-jam" error, which cannot be rectified even after removing the paper. The machine ill stay on jam forever, and it will become ready for the landfill. What a terrible waste. See the error message. You will not be able to get rid of it.

Plugged it in and setup the drivers on my laptop and was off and running. Great buy and quick shipping.

So far so good, easy to change tone , but when you try to print more then one copy , that will be little slow , others good , that’s why 4star

I was able to hook up the printer quickly and able to start printing right away. No problems. It scans and prints very quickly.

Had an Epson and it was awful!!!! Went for laser B&W. Consumers recommends brother and they were 100% right.

Does what it's supposed to do! Print :-) quick and easy set up. Only down part so far is the small touch screen. I'd rather have regular buttons or a bigger touch screen.

Had it for a year. Got it for many page scanning, I have sent up to 35 pages at a time. Toner cartridge lasts forever, no pesky ink cartridges to change. No lookin back.

Very easy to set up and has worked without a glitch seems to be a nice unit for the price
