No problems yet! Keeps connections to computer (my last one had issues with this) Not crazy about the ink situation. Once it decides it's out of ink it will not even attempt to print. My last one, you could shake cartridge to get a few more pages. It is like it has a sensor once it reaches x amount of pages, it will not print more. That way you spend more on ink.

easy to use and install, would prefer a 500 sheet paper input tray.

Lots of functionality for the price. Love the ability to print wireless from an iPhone. FYI that multi-page document feeder doesn’t like paper that’s Ben whole punched. Must get hung up on any jagged edges.

My new printer was so very easy to set up. My non technical mind was not stressed at all. The copies are clear and bright. I especially love The Bluetooth feature where I can print sever items remotely and pick them up later when I go to the office side of my home.

I’ve had Brother printers for overall 10 years now and they are really well-built with good working software. This multi-function unit is no exception. I’ve had it for over a month and it’s been working like a charm.

Great printer with inexpensive ink and good quality printing.

This is a great printer. Had some trouble with the Wi-Fi but finally realized the problem was on the router end of things. The 2-sided feature and the scanner are outstanding. I've used Brother lasers forever and I'm glad that it's continued.

Good printer -setting up without internet wasn’t as straightforward as I expected, even with the brother app for transmission from cell phone. Had to call the helpdesk, which wasn’t so helpful. I finally figured it out.

This is my second after many years with 1 generation earlier machine by Brothers. So simple to use and very reliable. Most devices by other companies require some learning--not this machine--so easy and does a great job.

This is my second Brother printer. I was very happy with the first one so I saw no reason to switch brands. I looked at less expensive printers, but I decided to opt for quality. Brother also offers excellent customer service.

Working from home I needed a better printer set up and the Brother MFC-L275ODW is perfect. Connected easily - both direct cable and wifi. It has great paper capacity so I don't have to continuously load paper.

This is the 2nd Brother printer we have purchased - each for different houses. Although just black and white, the toner lasts forever and never has problems with ink especially when leg idle for long periods of no use. So happy to not be buying expensive ink cartridges.
