Been using an older model of this printer at work for years now and finally decided to get myself one for home. Does everything I need it to without the insane costs of replacing ink like my previous HP printer.

It is not worth the aggravation to buy a cheap printer!! This is a moderately priced printer that works right every time. The quality is excellent. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. It’s on a wireless network and I don’t have any problems!!

I bought this because it was highly rated by consumer reports and not crazy expensive for a multifunction printer. Works well, but I have not put it under a lot of use yet, so time will tell how well it holds up.

Great for black & white printing. Exactly what I needed in my office.

It's a Christmas gift so we haven't opened it yet. We hope it's in good shape. We had it shipped to our house. It came in it's own box. That's it! Box was very beat up. Best buy should have at very least put it in a packing box. We will have to wait till Christmas to see if it's damaged inside or doesn't work.

I never knew that Brother's product are fantastic,not until i bought this from Best Buy.

Stepping up to a laser printer was long overdue, I should have made this upgrade ages ago.

Great workhorse for a printer. I have been purchasing brother products for years. The printer product has never let me down most occurred when then the windows OS failed due to OS updates making printers obsolete.

So far so good! I just wish Brothers did a better job of linking to wifi and staying connected. Makes it difficult to scan from the printer. I have another Brothers printer and have the same problem. I’ve read that others have had the same problem. Otherwise I love it.

Great printer, I am told i need a dedicated circuit, as it causes my light to flicker.

Picked a black and white printer. I was done with the colored printer I have every time I need to print had to buy ink. Got it home removed it from the box plugged it in assembled it had it running in 15 minuets and programmed to the WiFi very nice

My prior brand printer used a lot of ink, and finally died. Made the switch to brother and have been very happy with the printer and toner system ever sense.

Since it sits near my computer, I have not tried to use the wifi connectivity for this printer (a common source of failure for consumer printers). So I can't speak to that. But otherwise it has worked very well for me.
