I am very happy with purchase. This is first time I have gone with a laser printer and will continue to only purchase a laser printer.

This is a great printer - works awesome and have not had any problems whatsoever. It is my first Brother product and I am very satisfied. Even got it on sale!!

printer has been working very well. Ok to set up not the easiest but I always find that to be the case if your not computer literate.

Good value on this product. I based my purchase on the fact that my previous Brother laser printer lasted about 5 years with constant daily use.

I purchased the printer for my home office. It is an All-in-One and I love the features. I can copy, scan, print and fax. No regrets!

I have had 3 Brothers so far and each was great. This one lived up to the value. Printer, copier, scanner and fax all for under 200 and the ink is affordable too

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fax setup was a challenge to get it to auto answer when a fax arrives. All other functions of the printer are Excellent. Advise to thoroughly test the printer at startup.

I purchased this for my home office after using it at my work office for the past 2 years. Ink does go fast but great value for all the fixens.

All functions are ok, kind of middle of the road for laser printers, with one notable exception: "envelope printing", which is got to be the most idiotic "solution" ever! To print one single envelope, you have to rotate the unit (providing you have the room to do so), open the back, lower two tinny thumb levers located deep inside the printer's guts, rotate unit back in the original position, feed one envelope from front side, center it, say a prayer or two, and, voila: you might get one in 10 correctly centered and printed envelope. But, wait! You ain't done yet! Rotate the printer again to gain access to the back, lift the tinny thumb levers back up, close the back, rotate the unit in the original position, and accept that while handwriting an address on an envelope might not be too professional, in this case, it will save your sanity.

Printer is great! Not one flaw about it except that the remanufactered toner requires you to take the chip off the brother toner! Kind of a pain, but oh well saves money!

Always liked Brother printers, This one is good as well. Did have some issues connection issues with my network, but it may have been a router issue. Once we got connected printer works well.

Purchased this from best buy to replace the Brotehr 7860dw - this is great and pretty much the same features.. it has a few upgrades when it comes to the software.

I have enjoyed this multi-function unit. It has made my daily tasks easier as well as more convenient. I would definitely recommend this device.

Easy setup. Purchased this printer because I am now working from home. I think my college students (daughters) use it more than me.

This is a great little work horse. Auto document feeder and dual scan function....wow! Great for working from home or small business.

A very basic but versatile copier, scanner, fax and printer that does duplex copying and scanning. A skip blank page option in the software would have been nice so that's why I didn't give it 5 stars.

All features work great with the exception of printing envelopes. No big deal, we prefer to print labels. Especially like wireless printing from iPhones. Very slick!

Brother is always good stuff. This is entry level MFC. It is suitable for LOW workloads. Figure half of what they claim. It is solid and performs well. It feel flimsy but seems to hold up.

I know it’s a good printer. BB was sold out so I went to Office Depot & bought it there.
