Always had brother printers and never had issues!!

Set up was easy and works with all devices. One Issue with the Fax Phone Line which was not required but would have nice to have. Phone Line would go dead when the phone line connected. Printing Envelopes does require access to the Back to allow exiting.

It does the job. Not for large office use but great for home or single person use.

Purchased 01/2023 and already have a defective sensor..it keep saying “paper jam in the back” however there’s no paper jam and geek squad don’t repair printers. The total reward is a scam too.

I purchase this laser printer in hopes that it would speed up copying and printing in my office it does not it takes an inordinately long. Of time for it to even process the paperwork that needs to be printed and then it will only send through two or three sheets at a time not a great Buy

Seems like a good printer, but cannot keep it signed in to the WiFi.

I have three brother printers. This is the latest one. As a other brother printers, this one also drops wifi networks all the time.

The machine does what it says. So far I am very happy with machine.

This printer does what I need for my small business. It prints off papers fast for me and allows me to scan files back to clients. I have been very happy with this purchase.

I took the time to review all printer options 25 months ago and the budget was $250-300. We saw good reviews for Brother printer and opted to get a black and white printer that can print, scan and make copies and the double sided scan was a must! The ink not being replaced often was another must. It worked with WiFi connection during this past 2 years. Last weekend while I was trying to print I noticed the printer was off and wondered if there was power outage and all the other items were on. I did the tips that were provided on Brothers support site to try to turn the printer. No luck. I wish this printer had a manual resetting instruction but you need the printer to be on. It’s disappointing cause this printer was not used all the time and I think the constant WiFi connection is what made the printer die. For next time I recommend folks to use the cable USB connection and limit WiFi connection cause it may impact its durability. To repair this, the company is not near by and I live in the city and with everything happening we are not going to go this option. Now I am in the hunt for a new printer and it’s frustrating!!!! The printer looks in good condition like new and it’s crazy to think to put this in the trash and so bad for the environment. Ugh. This is one year warranty only and the insurance Best Buy provides is 2 years so it wouldn’t have been worth it since we passed the 2 year mark.

One star. Print quality was satisfactory. However, will not scan or copy straight using either the document feeder or placing the original directly on the glass. Envelope printing works, but is cumbersome at best: Need to move the printer, open the rear door, flip two levers, and finally feed envelopes into the front manual feeder. We returned the printer due to the skew problems with scanning and copying.

Don't know yet, can't set it up need the geek squad.

The fax and paper feeder work well. It is nice to have them.
