Very long and difficult set up to synch with PC and iPad.

I feel that it should print faster because of the price.

After my last printer using this printer is bliss.

This is my 2nd Brother Printer I got this for my wife and we both have one and they work great

So far this machine has been great. I am able to do everything from home easier, no more running back to the office to scan something.

Very convenient to print wire less from cell phone. Bit noisy when the paper goes in and printed out. Good size paper tray to store paper. Scanned docs can be sent by email.

The Brother MFC-L2750DW printer that I just bought does not seem to be of the same quality as my older MFC-840D. I was also disappointed that it required me to download APS from the App Store. I am still not able to scan documents even after speaking with the Brother helpline.

Had many issues with the purchase and the product. I ordered with my TV purchase but wasn’t available when TV was delivered yet available when I prepaid 3 weeks in advance. Then when I finally had it reordered the printer is nothing like my other brother printers. Very slow and touchscreen is too small. I have had them over the phone and remote troubleshoot issues. Ridiculous!!!’ I hate I purchase this. Also was told that my geek squad membership doesn’t cover certain things for my printer..,,,

Although we haven't had the laptop very long to know how well we like it, it seems fine so far. I have another Lenovo Ideapad and like that very well. This is why I chose the latest purchase for my husband.

I got this printer for a small office environment but it won’t cut it. My suggestion is that you do a bit of research before choosing an office printer. The unite can not handle large capacity scans or printing.

I am very pleased with this printer it copies, scans, prints and faxes and it is so easy to use and set up.

Great printer when it doesn't blow a breaker on the warm-up cycle, which is very often. New house, two-year old wiring. I've tried it in three rooms, one of which had nothing else plugged into any receptacles. Spent roughly 6 hours on the phone (mostly on hold) with Brother, who finally told me to call an electrician. Terrible customer service for a brand-name company. They should replace it but have thus far refused. Past the 15 days purchase window, so Best Buy is worthless for help. Bad experience!

Do not buy this machine if scanning is important! Although it claims to work wirelessly, if you want to scan to email - as a button on the machine indicates you can, This only works if it is connected to the computer via a USB cord. Similarly, the Brother Scan/Print app requires a cord connection. It’s also quite noisy and slow. Brother customer service also is surly and unhelpful. I would not buy it again.

Overall I like this printer. Although I bought it thinking I would use less than a regular printer and I really don’t see that. Also I don’t like that I can’t have the option of using color

This printer is unbelievably bad. I went through hell to set it up and connect it with my WI-FI. It worked once or twice at first and now no longer works. Every time I try to print it says printer is not connected or printer is offline. Even when I connect it with the USB it does not work. What is most frustrating is that Brother company does not provide ANY kind of customer support: they even do not provide a customer arrive phone number or chat. I am really disappointed in the product and in the company. I will return the printer and will NEVER buy a Brother product again.

Have only used it once. Did not have a cord to to interface with computer it was a inconvenient, wasted time and $10.50 plus gas to go Walmart.
