Everything went as promised by Best Buy. I can't place enough emphasis on something so simple as delivering on your promise, but it has been my experience that most companies will say anything to get the order and once they have your order then it's one excuse after another as to why they didn't follow through on their commitment. Kudos to Best Buy for a perfect online buying experience. P.S. The product performed flawlessly as well!!!!

After using my new MFC-L2750DW All-in-One to scan and print multiple documents during my first month of usage, I have been very satisfied with the device.

This is an excellent printer for a good price. The auto feed is a nice feature on an otherwise quality printer/scanner.

This printer/scanner works very well after a month so I would heartily recommend it. The scanner is better than most all-in-one products and the printer's output is crisp.

I have changed many printers last few years, but brother printer working without any issues.

I wish would run osx Big Sur and toner and imaging drum was cheaper but I still recommend it its got killer fax machine that I like the most about it

This printer is just a scam to sell toner. The software nags you non-stop to subscribe to their overpriced toner subscription service, and then the printer shuts down and refuses to print at all unless you replace the toner cartridge that still has plenty of toner in it! I literally just printed a page that was perfectly fine and now it absolutely refuses to print at all unless I replace the toner. There is no way to bypass the error. It is beyond ludicrous that I cannot just tell it to print anyway and use all the toner I paid for. Infuriating!

Great Printer with Great Features. WIFI printing is a breeze.

The document feed for the scanner seems to always produce scans that are on a slight angle. Scanning at anything but the lowest level is very very slow. I scanned three one sided pages (all text with minimal amount of text ( through the document feeder with a 1200X1200 setting. It wouldn't complete the scan because the memory was full. I reduced the resolution to 600X600 and it scanned but the quality was similar to the lowest resolution setting. Having a scanner that would scan duplex on one pass was a major selling point. But having slow crooked scans, very little memory capacity and poor quality scans was a surprise. I have a $99 brother laser printer sitting along side of this printer that is a much better value than this $250 MFC at this point. This my first day of use and I will attempt to discuss this with Brother and then update this review. If it doesn't get better in a few days its going back to Best Buy. Also when I was downloading the software I noticed the printport software was based on 2005 Microsoft programming software.

When it works, it does a great job. However, sometimes it will not print unless I go through multiple steps to use iPrint&Scan. I cannot count on the machine to print when I enter the print command

I bought this as an upgrade to my current Brother multi-function printer solely for the duplex scanning ability. Even with the bleed through prevention setting turned on, you can still see the back side of the page scanned through the front. No amount of settings changes could fix it either. For professional use sending things to clients, this is totally unacceptable. The scan quality is FAR worse than the older MFC-7860DW I've had for several years that I was attempting to replace, even with the DPI turned up. In my opinion the duplex feature is unusable because of this bleed through and I'll be returning this later this afternoon in favor of my old machine, at least for now.

Even though the box says 4500 page "replacement" toner, the printer only comes with a "starter" toner good for "up to 700 prints." Don't buy this printer without "replacement" toner cartridges or you will be going back to the store very quickly.

Although this printer started out well, in just at a one (1) years time, the system stays it needs "new drivers." Really. I purchased the brand name toner (black and white only) to use with this printer for optimal performance, which does not print 2500 pages or even close to that number, in quality. The Printer quality ($249.99 prior to a discount) is seriously lacking, and not worth additional hassles and additional costs. I would NOT even recommend this Brothers printer for garage use, either. Buy something of better quality. I thought I did. I never had a problem with my Lexmark, but since color ink wasn't a factor at the time of purchase, I went for the toner and this brand instead. My mistake. It scans crooked too. No thank you, Brothers, for this printer. Carolyn Green

Stop working after 3 years. Manufactured June 2020 purchased Aug 2020 machine stopped working Jan 2023. Requires an out of warranty repair.
