WORST PRODUCT EVER

I HAD TO CONNECT THIS PRINTER 3 TIMES A WEEK BEFORE I PRINT. I CALLED BROTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAD NO SOLUTION TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. EVEN AFTER CONNECTING THE PRINTER, THERE WAS ERROR MESSAGE AND IT WOULD NOT PRINTER. DONT WASTE MONEY ON ANY BROTHER PRODUCTS. SCAM COMPANY

We bought a version of this printer a long time ago and it finally died earlier this year. We were very happy with the quality of Brother printers we had decided to stick with it. This one has picked up right where the other left off, printing quickly and with high quality. It was relatively easy to set up overall and its performed very well over the last several months.
