I bough for a new clubhouse. Great Value, good ink options!

I was able to purchase and install the printer in the same day.

I had a brother way back and generally it worked well and what I like about the printer was the technical support it provided. I had to call in a few times because of network connection issues and the scanner function not working properly. Tech support was able to assist me with that after a really long phone call. What I hated about the printer was the multipurpose paper feeder. I print a lot of labels and print on backside of a paper that was already printed. Problem was the labels. I could only use about halfway and when trying to reuse the rest, it would scrunch up the paper. As for envelopes, it never worked. It alwasy scrunched it up and made it useless. When the printer finally died after about 4-5 years, I replaced it with a B/W HP and a Color Canon (both laser). They both work flawlessly and the MP feeder works great with paper, labels and envelopes. What I don't like too much is the touch screen interface. It's too small for fingers and I prefer the actualy push buttons. Canon is a bit slower than the HP but still works well. When I needed another printer for another office, I decided to try this L2750DW as it seemed to be a good value with the toner package and though it now also uses the touchscreen interface, it also has the good old fashioned push buttons for numbers. Installation for one of the computers was fine but my newer computer couldn't find the printer. I called in tech support and somehow it found a printer when I tried again. BUT again the MP tray cannot handle any papers! Whenever I try to print from that feeder, it says there's a jam even though there's nothing there. I have clear it every time and it jams again. I can't believe after all these years, Brother still hasn't address this known issue. Yes, it was a known issue, cause many reviewers had complained about this same thing in my old model. Surprised nobody has complained abou this yet. Or maybe not many people use this function. Anyways, I'm not going to stick with this issue for the next several years and will be replacing it with a Canon as it's currently on sale. I really wanted keep the brother for the lifetime technical support but I didn't even have to call tech support for the HP and Canon...

Bought this as a replacement for an old Brother, and its working as advertised so far.

I haven’t done anything but print B/W so far, but it works fine so far..

The 5th star comes when it lasts longer than the other 3 HPs.

Functional and easy to use. IT serves it purpose.

It's great when it works. I spend a good half the time I use it trying to get it to reconnect to my computer, though.

This is the worst piece of crap I have ever bought - Jams if I put more than 2 sheets of letter size paper in it. And I can't return it since I didn't manage to "try" to get it hooked up within 15 days of purchase, so sitting here with a "nothing" machine. I guess I could use it for a door stopper.

I thought that I was buying black print & COLOR printer

Cons: - The printer caused a power surge whenever coming back from sleep, my desktop computer shut off - Smudges when printing - Very poor scan quality and scanning options - Loading the toner cartridge is very complicated Pros: - Easy wifi setup Conclusion: Too many issues, returned.

It was a frustrating experience. I am not a professional, but generally can figure things out about electronics. But this one was hopeless. Instructions are extremely poor. I had to return it after spending hours and hours on trying to set it up.

We like it so much we bought another to use in second location.

Much more affordable than inkjet. Used to spend ~$50 every month and a half on ink — with this, I’m still on the free toner that they included.

Last only one year functioning then all of a sudden does not power on…SMH
