Four times I came to Bay parkway store. Car service 4x36= $144.00 only for car service. This is my fifth printer within two weeks fourth printer that I bought. First one I bought the printer. Since I didn’t want to complain about what happened.

I have had numerous problems with this printer i just purchased. I paid for set up and paid for an additional service plan. I have been experiencing problems with the screen cutting in and out. Now i cannot print out documents from my emails. I called geek squad today and was told i would have to pay an additional fee of $40 for the technician to review my screen. I need to print out a receipt from the NYS registration dept. If i receive a ticket for not having proof of renewal i will take action to recover the ticket fine. I have had nothing but trouble with beet buy but this is the icing on the cake. Please provide a technician to fix the screen view and inability to print from the the new york state registration office. The deadline is dec 31, 2025.

The printer works great so far. Setup was easy. The only negative comment I have is Brother should have included the USB cable with the printer.

We were so impressed with this model that this is the second one we have purchased for our small office.

My wife has had a Brother printer for several years which looks very much like the new one I purchased. It is still working well and she is very satisfied with hers. My new one works as it should. My only complaint is that it does seem to be more flimsy than her old one. With care, that will not be a problem.

hard to run it weir lest, work whit weir only I could not find any help from brother site, takes 1 or 2 mints to respond some time you have to do Agen and Agen

Excellent printer. Occasionally the Wi-Fi stops working and I have to turn off my computer to get it to work again. Otherwise it's great.

Initial impression is positive, though needed to download new firmware. Previous Brother Laser printer lasted over ten years. Hoping this newer one will be as good.

Fax, Copy and Scan. Brother All-IN-One does it all. This is my 3rd All-In-One that I have purchased thru the years. They last well beyond the original warranty.
