Multifunction printer, copy, scanner, fax (nobody uses it), with wireless and LAN connection, and ordinary or XL toner available (the box comes with an ordinary cartridge), so can print immediately after setup. I personally use it as a home office printer, and very convenient to use my own wifi network to print from the computer or phone (Zero cables). Also has a remote feature, but need to test it at the next opportunity. Cost-Performance is very convenient and also maintenance and operation total cost is also very good. I recommend it if you require just Black & White printouts.

Always work, seem very stingy on use of laser toner, so cartridge seems last forever. If you:re OK with black and white, the way to go.

Beware of software scam

One issue I had was that there was a scam going on with the machine password. Someone is out there with a brother duplicate website and they got hold of my PC and downloaded software for ransomware. Check the internet for the scam, I had to reload the software to fix the issue. I'm wondering if it was an inside job since the number on the printer was bad from the start. Except for this, the printer does everything it said it will.

With the use of the app easy to scan. The down size, wish the feeder would scan all pages at once, but if you have a back side you need to turn it over.
