Yet again, excellence. I bought the Brother MFC L2820DW. I always buy Brother. This machine kicks butt. Clear, crisp images. Speedy. I've had the machine for nearly a year. Still running well. I imagine it will withstand 4-5 years of my nonstop printing for various tasks.

Excellent work horse printer/scanner. I used one my son loaned me for a few years - probably a five year-old model. The scanning software was cranky and rendered useless for non-tech types. When my son needed the old model back, I went right out and bought this one - it seems to be the latest and greatest. Significantly updated software and completely updated interface that works even for non-tech me, especially when paired with the app that helps to drive everything. I now dominate all my printing and scanning needs - which are many - and wish I had made the switch a few years ago.

Of the printers i've had, this Brother printer has been the better of them all. Quality printing. the speed, and quantity is great.

A great option for your home or small business printing needs. My wife and I use ours for both. No more of those small cartridge printers.

Prints quickly and with good quality. Excellent choice for a home office. Having the bypass makes it very easy to print envelopes or on different size paper workout having to change everything around. So much better than the HP(iece of garbage) it replaced.

First off, it’s a brother printer/scanner. With the use of the app easy to scan. The down size, wish the feeder would scan all pages at once, but if you have a back side you need to turn it over.

Very happy with my Brother Laser printer (s). Keep on buying them. Always work, seem very stingy on use of laser toner, so cartridge seems last forever. If you:re OK with black and white, the way to go.

Love this printer. It prints good quality and prints fast. It turns itself off when not in use and when you turn it back on it is quick to print. Haven't tried using the scan yet and didn't set up the fax as I don't need that. Would recommend this printer.

So far this printer is doing exactly what I expected it to do and that is to give high quality laser printed documents. The rating was not 5 star because the printer has not been in service long enough for me to include the important attribute of longevity.
