The sales person did not mention that to me. Needless to say, I am not happy with your sales people at the store.

Went to this laser printer. Should not have waited so long. This printer is a great value.

I had a similar Brother printer and went to change the toner cartridge for the first time and the machine started to make a “clunking” sound while trying to engage the toner cartridge. This printer is made the same way, with plastic parts, so I will be expecting the same unfortunately. Looked on line for a solution, but unfortunately others have said the same about how Brother makes these printers. Disposable. I should have purchased a different brand.
