    Good unit for the price, but it is very cheaply made. I had a similar Brother printer and went to change the toner cartridge for the first time and the machine started to make a “clunking” sound while trying to engage the toner cartridge. This printer is made the same way, with plastic parts, so I will be expecting the same unfortunately. Looked on line for a solution, but unfortunately others have said the same about how Brother makes these printers. Disposable. I should have purchased a different brand.

    The scanner & the printer is not as fast as what I used to have. However, since I down size my work & I am not willing to spend twice the money. It performs well & I get my money worth.
