Printer works well. I have always enjoyed Brother printers. My only complaint was the paper loader was set to legal and letter and then the printer was telling me to load paper when paper was in there. When I called in for support Best Buy was very unhelpful and said I either had to bring it in or have someone called out to the site. I wish they could have trouble shot over the phone.

I'm happy with it. I had HP's and they were ok but toner was a problem and expensive, This "Brother" printer is the way to go.

We bought this printer to replace an older ink jet printer and couldn't be happier. Print quality and speed are terrific.

Brother made printers are really good and this model is affordable and dependable

Haven’t used much, but so far so good. Used some two sided photo paper for laser printers, not as good as inkjets as far a print quality but know that going in on making this purchase

Very, very heavy, and the place to grab the paper is blocked by the control panel so it's hard to get it out. In addition, the scan to print app is VERY outdated, which is primarily why I returned it. I settled on the HP Office Jet Pro9130 Series. So far it's pretty good - definitely smaller and lighter than the Brother. I'm not super happy with the auto-feeder scanner since it only takes a few pages at a time and if the pages are too crisp and stuck together it won't separate them, which results in additional scanning.

Great printer and fairly compact. Color is of good quality.

This is a upgrade printer for another Brother printer and I am very happy with it. I especially like the fact that I can now feed multiple sheets in the bypass tray rather than have to feed single sheets.

Brother copier quality does not seem to be as good as in the past.

Great Printer uses aftermarket cheap toner unlike HP

We replaced an HP laser with this one because the HP quit connecting to wifi after about 4 years of use. Its been a solid performer for the last month of use! I recommend it.

I had a very frustrating experience with this printer. The setup and installation process was difficult, and reaching customer support involved long wait times. Even after getting the printer set up, I continued to have issues with making copies and using the scanner. To make matters worse, the printer quickly ran out of ink, and the cost for a replacement black ink cartridge is approximately $300, which is unreasonable. Due to these ongoing issues, I will be returning this printer.

An inexpensive laser printer that is very versatile along with scan and copy capability. I don't use the fax function. It produces very good quality output.
