Also, should have had software to scan to a PDF.

I switched to Brother from HP because the ink was cheaper and everyone I know raved about it, but 18 months later everything I print is a mess and no amount of updating or cleaning is making it better.

Even photos printed on plain paper (keep in mind, not as good as using a photo printer on photo paper, but still looks good.) Love the copy functionality too. Especially when you can feed multiple papers to scan in.

One of the key features was the double sided scan capability which has worked great. I have multiple practice locations and through the app I am able to print from anywhere to a specific location which is very helpful.
