Printer is fantastic. Setup was easy, it’s working with my Apple tools natively. Print quality is excellent. It’s my 3rd Brother laser in 20 years and the multifunctional capabilities- like duplex scanning seal the deal.

Love this thing, coming from an old Epson ink jet this is amazing. super quiet, very quick. and print quality is great. only thing I really miss from the ink jet is I had a large format that would allow photo printing of 13x19 paper, but this covers everything needed for an office like Legal, and normal.

Prints nicely and was easy to install. Is compact but has decent size. Glad I measured first. Also glad I had help to lift it.

Our 1st brother MFC worked great for 20 years! That made buying another make sense even if it wasn’t the cheapest option. Set up was a snap and the print outs are very nice. So far very happy.

This my second Brother Printer Fitrst being an ink jet, which I had great success. This laser printer just works, which is just what I wanted, There were a couple of small isues, including the tray names, Other wise it was perfect except for one issue, I set a parameter from within the printers dialog box which didnt work. I tried the same entry in the native Word UI, and it worked perfectly

Purchased this for home use. I needed a printer with document handler for scanning many pages. Whether I'm scanning 1 or many, it is easy and quick. Printing from all devices on my home network works great. Before this was hit or mis. And I don't have to wait for an inkjet printer to decide it's ready, or always having a cartridge low on ink. I wait for this printer to turn on after being asleep and off it goes. Removing the toner is easy, just have to wait and see how long they last. I didn't purchase this for pictures.

I don't know why anyone would buy anything else. I rarely print and always had dried ink. I don't scan often, and don't want to dig out an old flatbed scanner or try to get a good picture on a cell phone (that when held flat turns the orientation so it's sideways anyway), speaking of the phone, you can print directly from it to this printer. Photos, documents, wait 4 months before you print again and it still works exactly like it should. You get what you pay for, and these are worth every penny and then some!

I’ve been using the Brother MFC-L3780CDW for my home, and it’s been a great upgrade from my previous printer. The print quality is sharp and consistent, especially for color documents—it really gives that professional look without needing to outsource printing. Setup was straightforward, and connecting it to WiFi was quick. I mainly print from multiple devices (desktop and phone), and the wireless feature has been super reliable with no connection issues so far. One of the biggest things I appreciate is the speed—it handles high-volume printing without slowing down, which is important for my day-to-day workload. Scanning and copying are also smooth, and the touchscreen interface is easy to navigate. Toner efficiency seems solid as well, so I’m not constantly worrying about replacements. Overall, it’s a dependable, business-ready printer that delivers quality, speed, and convenience. Definitely worth it if you need something reliable for office or home office use.

Great Printer. Best Buy Has Incompetent Employees.

This review is for Best Buy service. The printer is outstanding. Connectivity is flawless, and it prints amazingly well. Has the ability to scan to email. Best Buy service was terrible. The person that sold me the printer told me that my Best Buy Total Protection was in good standing and explained all the benefits of buying the printer while have that active service. I thought it had expired and I asked him if it had. He said no, that it was active. It actually was expired, and was in a grace period (I found out later). I checked my Best Buy app, and it said that renewal was due in 2027. A few days later I got an email that stated that my total protection had expired. I called customer service and the person I spoke to would not reinstate it, even though my app had said payment was due in 2027. She then proceeded to tell me that she could offer me a 4 year protection plan for the printer only. She then said that this was not an available option. I called her out on her lie, and asked for her name and case number and told her I would notify her supevisor. She backtracked and said that the 4 year was available and sent me a link to pay for it. When I tried to pay for it with the link, it was invalid. I called customer service a second time and got a different person. She looked at the case and said that I could indeed get the 4 year plan, but the link was only good if I was on the phone with a rep when I paid. I did everything on my device, and she apparently had to approve it on her end. This experience was ridiculous. I was misled when I bought the printer, the had to deal with an incompetent customer service rep. Again, the printer is awesome and I recommend it, but Best Buy sales and customer service was unacceptable and misleading. I had other purchases on the Total Protection plan, and lost it due to Best Buy's incompetent employees.

I am not an expert on printers, but my last printer was an MFC-7860DW (2010s) and it served me and my family well. This color laser printer was an upgrade from monochrome and I trust it to last for many years to come. It is more than adequate for home use which makes it a little pricey. I am familiar with Brother printers so it was very easy to setup.

I love this printer! After 6 years of having 2 printers, Ive finally been able to get rid of one. As soon as the ink runs out of the spare one i will be getting rid of that one too! This brother printer is amazing! My papers don't jam, it works fast, very efficient and am not having problems with it disconnecting like i do with the other printers.

I’ve been using the Brother MFC-L3780 CDW for a while now and can confidently say it’s one of the best printing investments I’ve ever made. The speed of this printer is astounding—no more waiting around for large documents or big print jobs. Even at high volumes, it handles everything with ease. What truly stands out is how cost-effective each print is. The toner lasts much longer than expected, and that helps save a lot on printing expenses. Plus, the print quality remains consistently sharp and clear, even when I’m churning out page after page. An added bonus is its versatility with different paper types. From standard paper to cardstock and even vinyl for printing stickers, it tackles them all without a hitch. The colors always pop, and stickers come out looking vibrant and professional. Overall, if you need a speedy, economical printer that can handle various paper types—including vinyl—look no further than the Brother MFC-L3780 CDW. It has exceeded my expectations in every way!

Best printer I’ve ever owned! Easy to set up, easy to do the extras like scanning. It’s on the larger side, but worth it. LOVE Brother and will never go back to other brands.
