SET UP WAS EASY AND WORKS REALLY WELL FOR OUR SMALL BUSINESS.

Had an older version and loving new one. Had an Epson before but this one is way better. Easy to install. Easy to use. Nice quality printing. One wish…would like for it to be able to print tabloid (11x17) paper.

Amazing printer , work amazing over WiFi , print from my phone and computers every time.

The KonMari Method of tidying recommends "Keep only those things that speak to the heart, and discard items that no longer spark joy." My corollary is "Get rid of those things that cause stress and unhappiness" and my HP printer was at the top of this list. My HP all in one was holding me hostage for buying their ink, their driver would periodically and unexpectantly quit working plus the document feeder quit. So, I upgraded to this Brother Laser printer which seems to be my far the most reliable brand per Consumer Reports, uses toner cartridges not ink and offers full duplex scanning and copying. Brother also seems to be the brand that most businesses use. Anyway, so far so good. It was a bit harder to set up than it could have been but much easier than HP. This model is expensive, a bit big, and heavy and the toner cartridges are expensive too, however, the cartridges should last years with my low usage. I don’t print much in color so I will likely only need to replace the black cartridge for quite some time. The paper supply tray holds a lot of paper so much less annoying "out of paper messages". Best Buy was offering a deal that bundled a spare cartridge, so that helped a little on cost and I will be all set when I use up the current one.

I love this printer! After 6 years of having 2 printers, Ive finally been able to get rid of one. As soon as the ink runs out of the spare one i will be getting rid of that one too! This brother printer is amazing! My papers don't jam, it works fast, very efficient and am not having problems with it disconnecting like i do with the other printers.

I love this all in one printer for my small business! the printing quality is superb. Only thing that takes getting used to is that it is a bit noisy when receiving faxes and printing but not overbearing. Loving it so far and highly recommend!

The Brother MFC-L3780CDW is easy to set up and use. The printing is fast, quality is sharp. The scan function is very fast and duplex printing and scanning is a bonus. Very please so far with this purchase.

I bought this printer to replace my old Brother printer which had given me years of trouble free service. I'm very pleased with it because it's user interface is faster, it prints faster, and it's quieter than my old one.

Ease of use and i like the software/ app to guide and setup fir printing and scanning

super easy to setup even with WiFi. print quality is excelent. a little clunky sounding when printing duplex

no where as loud as my old printer and so far doing a good job!

This is my third Fax - printer machine for my company in 3 years. And can say for sure, this is the best there can be in this price. No issue to scanning, good print outs and main thing that we bought it for is Fax. Last 2 has same issue where it would scan 2 sheets at the time duwe to which the second page was not getting send and was delaying our work. But with this one, has been smooth and no issue at all.
