Each time, it says it worked, then the next day it's disconnected. The only way to try again is to do a factory reset on the printer. I receive a couple emails a day saying my printer is registered, but it won't let me do anything about it. I tried to disconnect the printer from my account, but that doesn't work. Support is not available when I'm around the printer, and Brother hasn't responded to my email. Printer itself is pretty solid. I wish it showed a copy count when using the copier function though. WiFi is weak. Better to connect via Ethernet. Software seems to confuse how to do two-sided printing (when selecting "Long Side" it will often flip on the short side) Don't get this if you want auto-fulfillment of toner, or need to contact support on weekends. Otherwise, it's an ok printer.

It now takes hours to start printing then will print one page after ten or more minutes. Does not scan and getting someone to look at it is a very frustrating exercise of phone tag without ever talking to a human. Insists on online appointments which are so far out it makes no sense for a small business to have such a service plan.
