Technical support at brother does not even able to help with basic tasks like scanning to email. Print quality less than expected. Over priced. I do not recommend.

It now takes hours to start printing then will print one page after ten or more minutes. Does not scan and getting someone to look at it is a very frustrating exercise of phone tag without ever talking to a human. Insists on online appointments which are so far out it makes no sense for a small business to have such a service plan.

It won’t fax you have to turn it off and back on all the time it’s an expensive disaster that just keeps on exploding waste of money waste of resources just a plane waste.

I used to use their competitor in the past but was talked into Changing to the Brother Line instead and have been happy ever since. We print a lot of paper everyday and this Printer gets it done for us. Thanks, Art.
