I bought this printer mainly for the duplex capabilities. It prints quickly and my documents are always clear. I like that it has two paper trays and can hold a lot of paper. The manual feed tray works really well for labels. Labels do not smear after printing (I had trouble with that with my last printer). The documents that I mostly print have small color pictures on them along with the text and they look clear and the colors are correct. The printer is bigger than I thought it was going to be. The box that it came in was HUGE (it barely fit through the front door)! I have not had to buy toner yet, so I cannot comment on any of that. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of its size. It is just bigger than I was expecting. Overall, very happy with this printer.

I am overjoyed with this printer!!! this is the first Brother printer I have had period, as I have always stayed with HP, until their color laser spent more time jammed than printing. I read GREAT things and have NOT been disappointed......also, the toner is FAR CHEAPER and seems to last way longer. I do all my printing in house, so quality is VERY IMPORTANT to me and I can say quality is far superior to previous HP color lasers. BRAVO BROTHER.....I AM OFFICIALLY A NEW CUSTOMER AND BELIEVER!
