      When printing on sublimation paper, the color will look lighter on the paper. Please make sure that the "cut corner" of the sublimation paper is on the lower right-side of the tray before printing. Once the print has been heated and transferred to the project, the colors should be more vibrant. If you continue to experience the same issue with the SP1 Sublimation Printer, please contact Brother Customer Service at:

    Not a good choice for a sublimation printer, the quality of the prints are not as clean as I would've liked or thought.
