    I’d love this printer sublimation made easy no conversion needed. The ink is a little expensive but well worth the price delivering and shipping was awesome. The packaging was well thought out.

    Best Buy no longer had the printer I wanted, but the salesperson was very helpful in finding one that had the same or better features than the one I wanted at first. Thank You!!

    This is my very first sublimation printer, So far so good. Some images print much better than others. I had a little trouble getting the yellow to print but it’s working now.

    Good reasonably priced printer. Dont buy it for photos though. It leaves lines through the entire image.

    Works great for sublimation, but I cannot get it to print well on easysubli. I've tried to figure out how to darken my black ink, and I am having a hard time with that as well. I also do not like how I am unable to use artspira on my laptop, I do not like to try creating new designs from my phone.

    I could not connect the printer to my phone, MacBook, nor desk top. It kept giving me an error. I looked up videos, called support, and was still unable to connect. It was very frustrating.

    It’s okay you are very limited on the items you could create with this machine because it only let you print pictures that fit on 8.5x11 sheets and you it’s not many printer setting options

    Horrible Experience - NEVER RECIEVED THE PRINTER

    HORRIBLE!!!! The printer was lost in shipment and I still have not gotten my money back or a new printer. I have been calling BEST BUY customer service since December 7, 2023 and keep getting the run around. The agents lie to you just to get you off the phone. They refuse to let you speak with anyone other than a supervisor. The disconnect the line and never call you back. The store employees are just as bad. I'm going to the BBB first thing Monday and file a complaint.

    I hate it. I want to return it! I hate the fact that I can only print for the stupid app, artspira! The images come out fuzzy and too light. I can't change the size of the image on the box provided to sublimate on tumblers. I want my money back!

    Color is not as bright as it should be when it applies to shirts or products.

      When printing on sublimation paper, the color will look lighter on the paper. Please make sure that the "cut corner" of the sublimation paper is on the lower right-side of the tray before printing. Once the print has been heated and transferred to the project, the colors should be more vibrant.
