It kept giving me an error. I looked up videos, called support, and was still unable to connect. It was very frustrating.

Horrible Experience - NEVER RECIEVED THE PRINTER

The printer was lost in shipment and I still have not gotten my money back or a new printer. I have been calling BEST BUY customer service since December 7, 2023 and keep getting the run around. The agents lie to you just to get you off the phone. They refuse to let you speak with anyone other than a supervisor. The disconnect the line and never call you back. The store employees are just as bad. I'm going to the BBB first thing Monday and file a complaint.

I hate the fact that I can only print for the stupid app, artspira! The images come out fuzzy and too light. I can't change the size of the image on the box provided to sublimate on tumblers. I want my money back!

Posted .When printing on sublimation paper, the color will look lighter on the paper. Please make sure that the "cut corner" of the sublimation paper is on the lower right-side of the tray before printing. Once the print has been heated and transferred to the project, the colors should be more vibrant.
