I love the way it prints but alway at the end of each paper i get ink mark i cleaned already and it makes me sad. I would of gave it a 5 star if i didn't have that problem.

Very easy to get started and wonderful prints for sublimation

The setup was effortless! The print is exceptional. I was using another printer for sublimation, and it clogged and would not clean if I let it sit for a day. I love this printer. I wish the Artspira app worked on a computer/laptop, so I am not a fan of that application.

I actually bought this printer not paying attention enough to use as a regular desktop printer. Never heard of sublimation before. I bought a second hand heat press after realizing what it does. Knowing I don't print more than a few things a month I still use it for that purpose but now I can make mugs and shirts and high end photos. So it was worth the purchase. It does have a strange feature that doesn't work, the scanner bed, which customer service told me is only there because of the mold they use to create the printer is based off of another printer. It really confused me lol... so far it's working great though. I used it to create custom stickers for a girl scouts project and printed/pressed 35 sheets in one day. If you use a regular printer more than a few times a month, and buy this as a replacement, not recommended. For creating crafts, pretty cool.

This model has been out for quite some time and it truly is a good product for sublimation printing. I had already purchased one of these before and decided to try a different brand instead and got a SawGrass sublimation printer and let me tell you the SawGrass is a complete piece of garbage! This Brother sublimation printer is kind of basic and boring but it gets the job done!! And if you stick with the real Brother ink AND paper and not the knock off brands this machine is capable of putting out some beautiful work. I learned my lesson by trying the other brand printer, lost a bunch of money, and ended up buying this model again. Take my advice, don't bother looking at or trying the competition, just get this one. You will not be disappointed if you shell out the extra money for the name brand ink and paper too....it puts out better quality work.

This is a fantastic sublimation printer, its easy to use, has a self cleaning mode and prints quickly. No conversion is needed and it automatically mirrors your projects. Very well worth the price.

At my age (73) all electronic are intimidating but I found this printer very easy to set up! Now I get to start messing around with it!

Its a wonderful printer I haven't had any problems with it the color is great.

I love this printer because it is made for sublimation. It prints fast and the colors are beautiful. I dont even have to use a special program, so it is very easy to use. I have had no problems at all and it runs a self maintenance, so i don’t have to remember to use it to keep it working properly. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to do sublimation.
