Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really, there's not much logic behind purchasing standard yield since the cost difference is smaller than the performance gain. We get a lot of use out of each cartridge and although we did try "compatible" cartridges for a while in an attempt to save money, we found they were unreliable and typically more prone to mess and/or failure.

Brother would not refund, even after taking me through the troubleshooting process and determining that the cartridge itself was flawed. I offered to send it to them so they could verify it was brand new and full of toner. They still refused. On a broader note: Let's only do business with companies that use common sense and fairness; that will create a better world.

I always had issues with "change toner", ect messages that made me to take printer to the repair. I was wondering if it was a Printer problem or ink? After all of the efforts, tech guy suggested to get HP....and my life changed drastically.... no issues at all.
