    The printer is great but the ink runs out rather quickly. I bought this for a dance studio and we don't do much printing and was told that this would be the perfect printer for our business. Went on the recommendation of the sales person and had to replace the 60.00 ink cartridge within a month.

  • We've Received an Empty cartridge TWICE!!

    Usually the toner is fine and we have no problems, but on 2 separate occasions we received an empty/broken black toner. And of course because of their policies we are not able to receive a refund or a replacement, so that's over $100 gone

    These toner cartridges do not last for a full 2500 pages! Print quality continues to be good for some time after the "prepare toner cartridge" warning. It would be nice if you could rely on getting the full 2500 pages from a single cartridge.
