Good quality toner but a bit pricey! It does however last a long time!

Highly recommend the Brother Laser printer. Cartridges last a very long time for home users and they are easy to put into Printer. Also, overall cost is much lower than for ink jet printer ink.

It's toner. It worked. Easy to install, came with instructions, easy to follow. Guy at Best Buy who sold it to me knew what he was talking about.

Product fine, but the delivery process was a mess. Maybe because it was during the holidays but I got notified that the package had been delivered when it had not (after several delays already). Called the help line which was confusing. Did ask if I wanted the replacement shipped but after the first experience I decided to pick up in the store. Then that availability was further delayed. Then I got a notification the product was available. Then notified it had been cancelled. Then notified I had to pick it up by a couple days or it would be returned. When I went to he store it was ready and a fine experience picking it up, but I was trying hard not to order it from Amazon and this experience did nothing to encourage me to try again with Best Buy. Please fix it. I want choice but not if it means going through that convoluted experience again.

This toner is very easy to install. Lasts for a long time.

It's a Toner by the Original Manufacturer. I had purchased the larger TN-450 about a year ago, but the yield was weak, so i went back to the base model. It works well.....do not let your toner get too low or you will damage your drum.....which means you might as buy buy a new printer.
