I couldn't get the printer to work.

I plan to return the toner cartridge, should I send it to the same address that it came from? Or is there another address I should return it to?

Indeed, ordered a second cartridge before I learned that the first one would really work. Now, I can't find anyone to tell me where and how to recycle the old cartridge. I don't think I'll be doing business with Best Buy again.
