    Get the high yield cartridge instead

    The high yield toner cartridge is a better buy. You get more print pages for your dollar.

    I actually ordered ink for my Brother printer, the person who took my order over the phone had limited English skills, and sent me the Toner Cartridge instead. I plan to return the toner cartridge, should I send it to the same address that it came from? Or is there another address I should return it to?

    The purchase experience was fine, however, the product itself did not function properly. upon opening the package and inserting the toner into my copier, it immediately said it needed to be replaced.

    This is simply a toner cartridge. They last a while, and they're surely cheaper than ink jet cartridges.

    Found what I needed at my local Best Buy, paid online, when notified, I picked it up with no problems. That's the way it should work.

    I used maybe 100 print out and then I got toner low sign. I should have bought TN450 that was more expensive, but last a lot longer than TN420. The printer quality is the same.

    The cartridge does not hold enough ink,I wanted a different brother printer,& just a Printer, i do not care for all the bells & whistles on these things .

    Getting the toner was difficult because no one explained to me that the toner needed now had a different number. Indeed, ordered a second cartridge before I learned that the first one would really work. Now, I can't find anyone to tell me where and how to recycle the old cartridge. I don't think I'll be doing business with Best Buy again.

    Best Buy staff did not know what the cartridge looked like and thought that it was incorrect even though the exact same one was delivered twice
