The entire transaction was very smooth and trouble free. The only concern that I had was the items were promised within 24 hours and that was not fulfilled. I think the problem was that the order was made during a very busy time and thus the promised date was not met. Otherwise the service was very good and I am satisfied with the transaction.

This is our first printer that takes toner and I will not go back to refilling ink cartridges. Very easy lasts a long time, I am converted.

I purchased my Brother's laser printer because I was tired of the cost of color inkjet printers, which I have yet to find one that works well anyway. My Brothers printer works just fine. When it is out of ink, take the cartridge and holder to Beat Buy ti replace. I didn't know better and gave them to the rep., purchased my replacement, went home and saw the error of my ways. It only works with the cartridge holder. Fortunately for me, it was still at best buy. Once inserted in the cartridge holder it slipped I to my printer perfectly.

Needed it and it works fine. Was able to pick up curbside without having to wear a mask!

Wife uses this for her work and get a lot of printing from this cartridge.

I always purchase the TN420 Cartridge- Black at Best Buy it's a little bit cheaper than Walmart.

Great product and great price. Definitely recommend this OEM version and not the aftearket. The cost is a few dollars difference but worka much better than the after market.
