It’s OEM toner...it works great and lasts a long time. We usually buy the 420 over the 450 because of the lower price but both are great. Online Best Buy is the cheapest place to find this product & they match that price in store!!!

We own a Brother black and white laser printer that requires TN-420 toner. I've heard bad experiences with generic brands so we went with OEM. Easy to install, has a prepaid return label to recycle the old toner, and gist works great. No mess, no fuss.

The toner that comes with the printer is a starter toner and doesn't last long so plan on replacing it soon if you do a lot of printing. This toner is the manufacturer suggested replacement. and It has been performing superb and was very easy to install.

I received the toner in the mail and everything came up brand new with no damage and also the price was very good when they had it on sale for $44

Product has very easy loading with plenty of guidelines. Very fast delivery.

You always get the best results from OEM ink and toner. It is no different with this toner. I have been through a couple of these. You can get even more pages than expected with a vigorous shake after the low toner light comes on. The one issue I do have is the cost of this toner. The replacement cartridge is about 40% of a new printer, which comes with toner.

About 80% of the time, I need a printer to print a few pages. Perhaps a travel itinerary, a boarding pass, a receipt, etc. Using an inkjet color printer is a costly way to meet your everyday printing needs. I have a color Inkjet, but thanks to this Brothers B&W laser printer, I can print and print and print what I need without worrying if I am running out of ink. And the cartridge ready to replace when it eventually runs out of ink. It is the smartest buy i have done. Don't rely on your color printer to do your daily printing needs, and free yourself of if the Cyan, or other color ink cartridges are low. Invest in a B&W printer like Brothers and just keep a extra cartridge in hand and you are all set.

Easy to install. Product is a bit expensive but it lasts long after the printer says it is running low so in the end it is a pretty good value.

This is an awesome toner. We have been using it for years now anders are very happy with it. It last really long time and prints excelent quality. We highly recomend this product to anyone whos is looking for a good long listing toner in their printer.

Product delivers number of copies it says. It is easy to replace. The ordering on line was also easy. However the pick-up of the product was a terrible experience. I would never do it again. The sales person was rude and did not know what he was doing.

This is the printer we purchased for my 86-year-old mother. It was so easy to set up and use that she does most of work herself for printing and maintenance. The original toner cartridge didn't last very long, but at first we thought it was only because it came with the printer. However, when we replaced it after only a couple months of light use (coupons and crossword puzzles for the most part), we only put in a regular yield cartridge. Here we are, two months later, ordering a new cartridge. This time we bought the high-yield and have our mental fingers crossed it lasts a lot longer than the other two! Other than that we love this printer. For basic, non-professional use it's wonderful because it's so easy to use. I don't think the print quality is there for professionals, however, that may be just my opinion. I highly recommend this for light home users who don't need a fancy color printer.
