This cartridge started showing "toner empty" shortly after I put it in ("high yield: what a joke!") Yet it clearly had plenty of ink and printed plenty dark enough; and was long premature to its alleged print capacity. You have to "trick" the printer into continuing to use it by shaking it, opening hatch, and ultimately covering the sensor holes on sides with something black to fool it. It is still acting up every 50 copies or so but so far I continue to be successful in trickery to make it deliver what it promises. Otherwise, when it feels like it, it works just fine!

The manner in which they were able to get this part to us, in such a fast time, was awesome! It was also wonderful the way that we were able to return the old one for recycling!

Toner cartridge works good with printer. Best Buy matches anyone, including Walmart. So the price is right

OEM Toner is better than compatibles. Only problem is that once Brother printer senses low toner, it shuts down and you have to go thru a process to continue printing. I always do the "shake " and get much more printing.
