After the store clerk and I spent some time trying to find the right toner, I took it home and was able to replace the empty toner rather easily. The instructions on shipping the old toner back were simple and free.

Easy to install. High quality print. However, internet sellers do better on pricing.

I purchased this toner cartridge as a future replacement for the toner that came with a Brother HL-2880DW printer I recently purchased. Best Buy did a price match with a competitor's price, and I got an additional 10% off because of a credit card promotion. You can't get any better than that. The sales team and management were great; there was no hassle whatsoever

This is a good basic laser printer for home (my use) or I suppose for office. There are a few negative comments about cartridge life. The cartridge that came with mine started complaining after a couple of weeks that it needed to be replaced. A little research on the Internet revealed that this wasn't (necessarily) true,and that the ink sensor in this machine can give false readings. Search the internet for steps on resetting the toner sensor in the machine (very easy) and you can keep using it for a lot longer.

In an emergency situation, I was happy to find this hard-to-find product made easy to pick up at the store.

I bought this toner for it's higher capacity printing. Best Buy had this item at a lower price than an office supply store. Brother is green as you can send back the spent toner cartridge back free with an included shipping form.

Works great in my Brother printer. I get about 1500 copies printing text with some graphics.

I searched the internet & Best Buy had a great price on this toner pack. It works perfectly with my Brother multi-function. I will definitely continue buying from Best Buy as long as price is competitive. Convenient pick-up at my local Best Buy w/o shipping charges. Great purchase!

It works but my printer says it has 10% life left after 1114 pages printed. The specs for this high yield drum say it can print approximately 2600 pages. Even giving it a 20% +/- threshold, we aren't even close to its spec.

Even though this was supposed to be the Brother-made, high-yield ink cartridge, right from the start my computer started telling me I was low on ink, and the ink is not very dark. Best Buy said they will not accept returns on this, even right after the purchase. I don't know whether to blame the cartridge or the printer; I am unhappy with the purchase. I will just get by with poor quality print til I figure out what to do.
