    We have a very basic Brother's printer,which has worked for the family . Just replaced the ink cartridge , after 2 years. We compared prices, Best buy ,much better priced than the competitors !

    This is the second replacement that I have used, no problems with either one. A suggestion is to order another cartridge when you get the low message, but don't change out the cartridge till it will not print your current job you are trying to print. Replace the cartridge at this time to get max usage as it will still print for a long while after you get the initially message. The job you had will now print as it was saved in the queue.
