    Best Buy staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Check out should ask if you have any dollars to use on credit card account. We had some on another purchase and did not use the money since we forgot to say please check. Should be SOP at check out.

    I did find this toner to be a great buy, however it was difficult to understand the directions with how to use the equipment. Having the photos but not a clear understanding of use. This makes it very difficult to figure out!!
