The brother toner works great and the cartridge lasts super long. The only down side is that it only prints in B&W. This isn't a problem for me, my kids mostly print school work, so it's a very convenient and economical way to print.

This was on discount so I bought it even though I haven't used it as yet. The yield of the original cartridge was not even close to expected and I'm pretty sure neither will this be close to what is stated but at least I know it will work fine.

This printer is cool. I always feel like I am using an office printer. These cartridges last a long while with moderate home use. they do sell a larger capacity one but I have yet to have the need to jump that high.
