Paid hefty amount on this and after maybe a couple hundred of prints, I started getting ink smidges. Next time I run out of toner, I'll try refilling it first. The TN450 I refilled by myself is printing flawlessly.

Will handle many printouts without replacement. Cartridge is easy to replace and very convenient. Also easy to recycle in mailable cartridge box with free postage.

I've not had this problem with the low capacity cartridge, which leads me to believe I either purchased a bad one, or it just isn't put together well.
