A basic order of a Brother OEM quality product. The 660 provides a full year of toner based on my usage. Best Buy was same price as Amazon and easier to order as I've ordered same 660 item several years from BB.

I buy my toner before I run out. Always let the printer continue until the ink fades (currently HL-L23800W). I always buy OEM Brother TN-660 for the printer and have never had any issues. Have been using Brother toner for years through last 4-5 Brother laser printers at home. Best Buy is a fairly priced source with great delivery.

For $50 you will get close to 2000 pages of laser quality print, cant beat that.

The 660 high yield is the way to go as it last so much longer and I have lots of copies to make for our business.

While I can't see a reason my review of toner would sway your purchasing decisions, I can say that I have owned 3 Brother printers and never had issues with them. I only buy newer ones for the options and since this toner is to put in my 6 month old MFC-2470 that is used for home business, I can't say enough good things about it! I use it a lot and it's always reliable.

I've tried an off brand before and it did not work when I received it. Now I only buy Brother toner cartridges. The TN660 has an advertised approximate yield of 2600 pages which is accurate. The Brother cartridge that I was replacing had been in the machine for 2694 pages.

Be doubly sure to get the right toner cartridge for your printer, because if you get the wrong one and don't realize it until you open the box and it does not fit.... you get to keep it. No refunds on an opened toner. That said, having the right one now, it fits perfectly, works great. And with this one being the high-capacity one, I expect this one to last me a year or longer.

My printer is a bit old but it is still working very well. The cartridge is so easy to install, no mess. All you have to do is to open the package, pull the small protective tape and insert the Cartridge in place. Voila.
