I had no problem searching the BestBuy website to locate just the right Brother ink cartridge for my laser printer. It came in the next day. Brother provided a pre-printed postage paid return label to use on the box the new cartridge came in. I used it to send the empty cartridge to Brother. It feels great to be recycling this product. Thanks BestBuy!!

Toner works well with printer. Wasn't cheap, though.

Brother toner is great and easy to put into printer

Product was good, but severely overpriced. I was in a bind and needed it in a hurry. I could have picked this same item up on Ebay for less than 1/2 of what I paid.

Received package in January, did not open the box until April as my existing toner was still working. Once I did open the outer brother box, and the inner silver packaging, the toner cartridge inside was a TN630, instead of the TN660. The serial number on the cartridge matched the serial numbers on the silver packaging and the outer box, but clearly the wrong toner cartridge was packaged. When I contacted BestBuy Customer Service, they only kept repeating that printer toner could not be returned, despite the fact that I receive the wrong product. I would not recommend buying printer ink/toner from BestBuy given their policies.

I truly enjoy all the help I got when looking for this toner Cartridge. The personnel go beyond to help customers with questions or where to locate a certain product. Thanks Again

geez it's just toner. I wanted the smaller, cheaper cartridge and even though your inventory listed 3 available, we just couldn't locate them. finally I conceded and purchased the more expensive product.

Its just printer ink. there is little to no choice but to buy the product and you are stuck with the one that works for your printer. however, it works just fine so i would recommend it. wish it was less expensive, but it lasts a long time even with moderate use and does not dry up over time

These toner cartridges give "no toner" messages before the printing even fades. Shaking, trying to reset the printer count on machine don't allow the toner cartridge to be truly used up.
