I tried to return it the next day but they refused to accept it. Apparently you can’t return ink. And when I asked why this ain’t on their page when you’re looking at the product online - they just didn’t know.

The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage (black or any given color) will use much more toner and will shorten the life of the toner cartridge. The issue arises when it is advertised as “up to 1200 page” should be printed. Yet low the toner warning occurs at 150 page and locks the printer until you replace the toner occurring at less than 300 pages. Not worth your time or money.

The number of pages that can be printed with a toner cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). It's important to remember that a typical printed document is one letter-size (8.5" x 11") page with 4% - 5% print coverage.

The last two toners I purchased only provided about 500 printed pages (one ream of paper) before needing to be replaced. I know because I start each replaced toner with a fresh ream of paper for printing.

This definitely lasted longer than an ink jet but no where near 1200 pages I got out of it. Disappointed in that I got about only 200 pages and I already need another.
