    The service representative worked very hard to find item at the first store but they were out. She located what I needed at another store. She was extremely helpful.

    Switched to toner based printer from inkjet and it lasts so much longer and is easier for the family to swap out when needed. Now I don't get called to "fix" the printer all the time.

    Very efficient and lasts forever! I’m a college student, and for some books it was a lot easier And cheaper to purchase the pdf version of the book and print it each chapter as I go. The efficiency of brother products saved me a lot of money.

    Economical for an entry level laser printer. If you have apple products it will work it may be an issues with the router, after getting a new router through my wireless provided it works great.
