It has to be installed to find out if it works OR if it is defecrive. Store policy on defective items says bring back to the store, but Mt. Vernon does not follow the policy.

Got this toner and it was defective because my printer would not recognize it. Would not let me return because I “opened” it. I am done doing business with them. Getting my toner from and electronics from Amazon!!!

Also the color of the printer is somewhat faded. We hope this is because we are currently using the toner that came with the printer. We have purchased a regular toner cartridge and hope this improves.

Expected less then 1,200 pages.
