Best Buy won’t help and the manufacturer is difficult. All in all it’s a struggle. My first time with this brand and it’s not been easy. Waiting for a good sale on another brand to get a new printer so I can be done with this brand.

I ordered it to replace the cartridge that came with the printer and so far, that one is lasting as longer than expected. However, I certainly expect it to earn the five stars that I have given it.

Was glad it was in stock for my husband's printer. Easy order and curbside pick up. Hope they keep doing curbside pick up. Makes it easier on me since I have bad knees.
