    The first product wasn't exactly the one needed (but workable) even though it was indicated it was the 'right' thing and the second wasn't in stock. However the lack of sales people was an issue and the 1st encounter with a representative was negative as he was more focused on performing his task that assisting my inquiries/sales.

    The ink itself is just that, ink....so there's nothing fancy or notable to say except that is cost too much money!!! I personally don't believe ink should cost more than $50 but Brother charges $80 which means generic brands for this ink are greatly appreciated!!!
