Best Buy won’t help and the manufacturer is difficult. All in all it’s a struggle. My first time with this brand and it’s not been easy. Waiting for a good sale on another brand to get a new printer so I can be done with this brand.

Often these cartridges print anywhere from 10 to about 90% of the page in black ink smudges. I can move the green tab and shake them and let them sit over night and usually they resolve. Sometimes I have to repeat that. A lot of ink and time is wasted because of this.

However the lack of sales people was an issue and the 1st encounter with a representative was negative as he was more focused on performing his task that assisting my inquiries/sales.
